Nearly 70 agency owners and executives attended this year, as well as 19 HUG Sponsors. Like last year, the retreat was a great success, with 85% of attendee responses saying they are extremely likely to attend another Hawks Nest retreat in future. Attendees loved the intimate environment, with chances to discuss topics especially relevant to agency leaders. Next was an agent-led session on HawkSoft tips, tricks, and hidden gems, as well as lightning rounds with HUG Sponsors to learn about agency solutions. The day ended with a welcome reception and dinner groups, giving attendees the chance to meet and mingle.   ## **Friday** Friday had a full schedule, starting with an optional hike in the morning for those who wanted to explore the beautiful mountain surroundings. The morning sessions included interactive presentations and workshops from agent leaders on topics like leadership, teams, and creating a strong culture. In the afternoon, there were sessions on topics like virtual assistants and mastering chaos, followed by discussion groups based on the wins and struggles of the attendees. The night ended with s’mores and drinks by the fire after dinner!   ## **Saturday** Saturday started with an optional soundbath and yoga before breakfast. There was an interactive session about planning and tracking agency finances, as well as an agent-led session on building a smarter technology stack.
