The HawkSoft User Group (HUG) held day-long regional meetings in 7 cities across the country this fall. Over 430 agents attended a meeting, making this the year with the most attendees so far! We were also excited to have a total of 67 companies exhibit at our regional meetings.
While each regional meeting had the same overall agenda, there were different HawkSoft and agent presenters in each city. Morning sessions focused on training on the updated areas in HawkSoft 6, including:
- Tasks & Activity Tags
- Trust Accounting
- Reporting
- Commissions
